Yep, there is a Humbler in the Pink Room. It will bring you to your knees.

LOL not in and of itself... The way it works is that the sub has to be on his hands and knees when it is attached, and it is formed in such a way that once applied it is painful for the sub to stand or rise much more than from hands and knees.

I haven't done much breath play, other than smothering, because I'm not sure how far I'm willing to take it. If it goes too easy, then maybe it loses it appeal, but to trust someone to take it far enough to get that experience but not take it too far is a difficult proposition.
On a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero
