With the cold weather I've been wearing tights or hose pretty much every day, since I have a stubborn refusal to wear pants when it's officially spring. But since I've been active, going on walks, running around with errands and things, my poor feet have gotten very fragrant. You can help me, no? -

It's funny, I don't know if it has to do with fitness, but challenging subs to push their bodies is very entertaining for me. Maybe watching me do a yoga pose and making them hold it for the same amount of time without a wobble... but I have a feeling that the shaking and sweating will set in!
