    Hello Mistress Tran! I had my powerlifting competition this past Saturday, and it was incredible! It was exciting and exhilarating - I'm sure just like your trapeze class is! I'm still sore and can't stop eating, I feel so depleted. Already starting to train for my next contest in November. Looking forward to sessioning with you again :) .

      How much did you lift? I've been taking rock climbing classes as well and that's a complete thrill as well becuase those walls a very very high. My body is sore from doing some difficult climbs the other day. Congrats on your first competition! Maybe you can powerlift mzhao and I...I think I could come up with a good scenario.
