Hi wayne! I'm so sorry to hear that you were in an accident. I'd like to hear more about it when we meet :-) That picture was from an anti gravity yoga class where you use that silk hammock to assist you with different poses. It's fun and challenging and I really like it :-)

Hi Mistress Jung! I looked into the anti gravity classes. Does seems like fun and looks to be a good workout for strength and flexibility, and being fun encourages you to do more.

Just be careful doing the dropping star, you don't want your head to go though the floor!! I would be interested in this, though it seems like it's only for women!

My surgeon, gave me a "protocol" of when I can return to various activities and sports.

However, a return to the fortress was left out...I may need to discuss that matter with him

I think that your doctor-given protocol is enough to determine when you're ready for the Fortress. If your doctor knew what you were doing here, he would probably withdraw his protocol and send you to the looney bin

I know!!! Everyone is a little bit looney, but considering going to the fortress as being "fun" is way over the top!
