Is it a part of you that only comes out once you're in session, or is it always with you and you think about it at least once a day? As far as the secondary ones go, e.g., non-vanilla sexual thoughts, body worship, etc. those thoughts seem to come up randomly, maybe once a day or as you mentioned when I see something/someone that piques that interest.
