Vacation for sure.  I can’t say I always get there but when I do it’s an incredible feeling. The Head Mistress once sent me there so intensely, for about 5 hours after we parted I felt like I was in an altered state.   I was absolutely insane.

Definitely not home. My normal, day-to-day mode is vanilla. Occasionally, though, I feel the pull of submission.

 

People enjoy vacations as a change of pace. The bus driver goes hiking, while the letter carrier goes on a bus tour. I don’t experience submission as an enjoyable change of pace, though. It’s more like a compulsion.

 

I’m grateful that there are beautiful women like you who are willing to cater to perverts like me – but I’d probably be happier if I just never felt the compulsion.  I did have some sessions with a therapist.  She held out no hope that I could ever be purely vanilla in my desires.

I’ve been sitting with this one, Karl. 

You talk about submission like it’s a bad habit, almost like an addiction you wish you could quit. And you seem to think that women like me are simply tolerating it. “Catering,” as you put it.

Have you considered that those urges aren’t flaws at all? That those very same desires might make you irresistible to women with dominant orientations? Not just tolerated, but treasured.

We’re not as squeamish as you think.
