Friend , Slave, Lover delighted By You

 

 

 

Thou Didst delight my eyes: Yet who am Friend , Slave, Lover nor first Nor last not best but slave,that durst Once dream of thee to sacrifice :Nor this the only time Thou shall set love and and pain to rhyme.

 

Thou didst delight my ear: Ah little praise: thy voice Makes other hearts rejoice Makes all ears glad that hear ;As Friend ,Slave Lover writhes in loud pain and share my joy,but yet ,O song , do not forget

 

For what wert thou to me ?How shall I say The moon , That poured her midnight noon Upon Friend Slave Lovers wrecking sea ;A sail that for a day has cheered me to say devoted to thee shall never wain.
