I do not approve the actions of the father. I think he scared the hell out of his children who were present in the Courtroom. The better route was to stand there with a resolute dignity and a strong silent contempt for the convict and not re-traumatize them. How would it serve the daughters to see their father arrested, injured or even killed?
I think the father understands that now. He will not be sanctioned by the Court.

Gunga Din was one of the incredible number of classic movies from 1939. Similar to The Four Feathers, another classic from the same year. 1939 was probably the biggest year in movie history. The only movie on my list that is not in my collection is Bright Victory, which has never been available in any home video format.
So, you finally saw Cool Hand Luke. Did Mistress Kang encourage you to see it?

I recently started watching bad sci fi movies like They live (1988) and Johnny Mnemonic (1995)
The story line is pretty creative, but the acting is fucking hilarious. Definitely give these movies a try if you have nothing to do on a weekend!
The granddaddy of bad sci fi movies is Plan 9 from Outer Space (filmed in 1956, released in 59). So bad it's hysterically funny.

Bastinado is a blast, It’s nice to hear from a sub who enjoys that as the main focus of their session. I think this practice is safe, so long as you can stand and walk (albeit sorely) after the session I don’t see an issue with a foot torture based session.
I'm not a big fan of this (gotten it a few times), but I will endure it on a limited basis depending on the implement.

Recently I have had the same thoughts but too wrapped up in my own life to inquire just yet. Often members have inquired when regulars go silent and so have Mistresses on occasion.
I am concerned but hope there is an explanation that will have us all relieved when Lonewolf checks in again.

First Mistress was Mistress Zhao.
I had just turned 56.
I found her on the Fortress site.
I chose to see her on the recommendation of Mistress Kang after my scheduled session with Minnie Chan was cancelled due to Minnie leaving.
Saw her at The Fortress.
Most recent was Ms. Seven.

Found Her on another Dungeon site as a guest Mistress last year.
Chose to see Her after visiting Her site and exchanging e-mails.
Saw Her at a private apartment in midtown Manhattan.
Difficult to compare one woman who I've seen many times over a seven year period and one who I've seen only once. I've had some incredible sessions with Mistress Zhao, and some that were strained. Had a great time in my lone session with Ms. Seven.
The differences do reflect some growth/changes in my sessions.

If someone in the locker room notices bruises on my body and asks about them, I usually say (deadpan) that my Dominatrix beat the crap out of me.
Once, I got a series of face slaps from a Fortress Mistress and I had 3 almost matching marks on each side of my face. When asked about them, I said that my Dominatrix sat on my chest, pinned my shoulders down with her knees, and slapped me silly. Then I made up some excuse about doing some side lying yoga pose and rubbed my face into the mat.
Another time, this same Mistress shaved her initials on my hairy back. I confessed that my Mistress was marking her property, when asked.

Yes, I'm totally interested! I really enjoy spanking with ruler like objects as they are so unforgiving, even a light smack seems excruciating. I think you would do well with this roleplay, you commit to playing the part very well.

There's no such thing as light smacks with a ruler in Catholic school. I still have lines and numbers imbedded on my palm from Attila the Nun in the 4th grade.
