? Still reeling from my session with mZ and mT. Very violent - they started out by asking if I had any injuries to watch out for.

Well good for you on the deadlift! Just keep on plugging away. I've incorporated that and squats as I've gotten older, for reps of course. My body's never been too good for powerlifting (jointwise). Everything's good by me. Work, and hate seeing the summer flying to a close, but what can you do, fall's really a spectacular season in NY anyway. I hope you have fun with mZ on the D&D, she's so fun to be with.

I'm convinced more and more that heavy weight is good for joints. I used to have a lot of knee, shoulder and back pain, but since I've been lifting heavy (relatively), it's all gone. When I don't lift, the pain comes back
