I think there is something erotic about a guy being required to completely shave head to toe, including the eye brows. It deprives him of some of his personality and also masculinity. If the woman he is submissive to sports a full-grown bush it just adds to the effect. Also, pubic hair is there to more effectively distribute a person's scent (and pheromones in a woman's case) so to take that away from a man but to retain the effect in the domme's case is the way to go.
