I work as animator at a gaming company.
we make mobile games.
we have a gym inside the workplace.
i work 2 days a week from home
3 days from the office.
at the days that im the office after I finish my work at 6 pm evening.
i take the gym bag from the locker and go down to the first floor to training.
thats really fun I meet there friends from my office and we help each other.
i lift for every single hand right not 14 kilos.
and upper back 45 kilos.
i need to run in my neighbourhood also didn’t do it for a long time.
i also was a swimmer and a lifeguard in the past…
im really good at the water.
need to go back for that also 🙂
