Focus on cleanliness (inside and out).  Take a little blue pill.  Prepare an envelope to express gratitude.  Drink water (but not too much).  Try to keep my heartbeat down.  Pace in the area because I arrived too early.  Have an inner debate as to an acceptable time when I can call Ms . Ree.  Begin hoping (against hope) for cameo appearances.  Pull my cap down upon entry to be as inconspicuous as practical.  And we’re off….

Tell me some ways you prepare yourself before stepping into the dungeon?

Do you give yourself a pep talk?

What about wearing a specific cologne?

How about imagining what may happen during the session? That’s what I do!

I always shower cleaner but wear the best cologne called creed

I try to take the prep really slow and think of preparing myself as an offering. Make a cup of coffee, then use a saline enema in the morning. A nice oil and brush shave with a safety razor, top and bottom, making sure to squat low to get between my legs and up the backside. Work carefully around my cage. Go back over the balls. Nail brush and soap on my hands and feet. No cologne, just deodorant.

Then I go to work and try to compartmentalize for a few hours, before taking a long, late “lunch” and spending my subway ride trying to slowly really enter subspace. Then stroll a little because I’m too early and once I’m completely calm and empty, inevitably fuck up my vibe by walking into the wrong building.

I almost always arrive in the neighborhood early and walk around the area until I may actually enter the premises. My mind is always active but not necessarily thinking about the session.
