With a question like this, I tend to go with the first answer that pops into my head. Other experiences might be more to the point, but an immediate, spontaneous reaction has its own validity. The closest I’ve ever come was wrap/mummification and a hood. It was incredible. The sensory deprivation combined with every nerve ending standing up on edge.
