hey Phred how goes it? i had surgery done today. they needed two and a half hours to break up the adhesions. Hope you had a good weekend and your shoulder has mended well.

Frozen shoulder is no joke. I glad they got everything broken up. I'm sure you'll progress fine now - we need you back in the Steel Room! My shoulder is going well, I'm back in the gym doing very light weights (20lb barbell curls). Hope to hear from you when you get back!

i have been out and about since Monday but felt lousy today. ALmost felt like i had a hangover from anesthesia. booked some PT in Santa Fe flying out tomorrow.... i do miss the steel room

Torn rotator cuff and SLAP tear. Mostly wear and tear but one of my horses spooked when i was cleaning his hoof and that pushed it over the edge. i'll have to come in for some surgery by Dr. Zhao. i so need the protection of Your darkness. Thank You Ms. Zhao.

Yes i did. 1st one with Ms. Jung. 10 minutes into a 2 hour i was thinking this was a big mistake..LOL settled in though. They shredded me.
