    hey Phred how goes it? i had surgery done today. they needed two and a half hours to break up the adhesions. Hope you had a good weekend and your shoulder has mended well.

      Frozen shoulder is no joke. I glad they got everything broken up. I'm sure you'll progress fine now - we need you back in the Steel Room! My shoulder is going well, I'm back in the gym doing very light weights (20lb barbell curls). Hope to hear from you when you get back!

      i have been out and about since Monday but felt lousy today. ALmost felt like i had a hangover from anesthesia. booked some PT in Santa Fe flying out tomorrow.... i do miss the steel room :) Thanks Phred ttys
