This video went viral in my office and the gym tonight - really incredible! I don't watch Game Of Thrones, but I heard Hafthor Bjornsson was one of the main characters in the show: I recently had my DNA tested and found out I'm 3% Scandinavian, which, in my mind, I take to mean 3% VIKING! So awesome! Trying to really exploit that meager 3% in the gym!

One of my buddies recently got me into watching Ronda Rousey - she kicks some serious ass! She was recently in "Expendables 3" and was really fantastic. I've also ditched all my "workout" drinks/shakes and focus solely on pure protein powders, which I supplement with other things. I get all my protein now from www.proteinfactory.com - really high-quality, great stuff.
