      I thought you were in NYC for some reason. I teach yoga in NJ. I just started taking medication a few weeks back. Don't know if it's helping.

      Must be my accent, I was born in the NYC area. left when I was 20. My family is in NJ. That's cool you teach yoga. Didn't you just lose a lot of weight? if so, The yoga must have helped with that.

      I took meds after 9/11, a friend died of a heart attack at 47, a nightclub fire in my area killed 100 brought too much sorrow close to home. The meds numbed me. I didn't feel bad but I didn't feel good either. I got off them after a while and mange on my own. Not that I saying...

      Hey Peachster, just saw this. I did drop close to 50lbs last year but have gained some back during my inactivity and steroid use. They tell me the depression meds contribute to weight gain also. Tragedies can really take it's toll.
