Nyumen? Do you mean Naengnyeon? 🫨 I’d definitely say Asian cuisine is always the top for me! Not just because I’m Chinese! 😝My favorite foods always have to have rice with it! I also love that Asian people eat together as a family and have different side dishes alongside with the main dishes! I haven’t tried A5 Wagyu yet either, it’s definitely on the top of my list!! I’ve made Jamaican oxtail and it’s so good, fell off the bone tender! I’ve tried monfongo, but I definitely need it with a sauce to eat it all! There’s lots of Brazilian BBQ places in NYC you have to try! Jollof rice is super good! I love the tomato and spiciness that comes with it. Paired with stewed chicken is the best combo 😋 I’ve also made kare-kare before using oxtails and the flavor is just so different! Definitely savory and nutty due to the peanut butter!
