For the time being my life seems to be stabilizing enough for me to attempt to plan my return to the Fortress. Having experienced good and bad this year I'd like to give you an idea of what has taken place without being specific enough to identify myself. There were 3 weddings and 2 new babies. One was born early and possibly could have been born on your birthday. A family member with a serious illness appears to be stable and with a good chance for a complete cure. More specific than that I cannot dare to venture. I have not seen the inside of a dungeon since I last saw you in the Fortress - so I have been a good boy. That doesn't really make a difference since you always find some reason to torment me. I do owe you and Mistress Kang a birthday present. I have not forgotten. Be well.
