I believe such sessions are best reserved for individuals who have built a strong foundation of trust and care for each other's well-being over time. Generally, I am a stoic person with a humorous side, but only around good company. I am here to experience the attempts of the physical aspects of breaking someone combined with the intense endorphin release for wellness reasons. If you use objects, it is possible for the Casino to win. I am sure the Casino does real well under that rule set.
