ropeandspank Posted yesterday at 07:32 PM Report Posted yesterday at 07:32 PM How do you get a handle on pre-session jitters? I’m coming in to see Mistress Varela for the second time this weekend and I am already nervous about it. The nerves are a part of the fun, but they usually don’t typically hit this early. Maybe it’s because I’m coming in sooner than I expected to be? Idk, but I am very excited regardless. Quote
Mistress Ito Posted yesterday at 08:50 PM Report Posted yesterday at 08:50 PM You act like a little kid who is going to school trip hahaha! Enjoy the excitement Quote

Enjoy the excitement I feel like that every time too Mistress lol. I think it just goes to show how amazing the players at the Fortress are that I’m excited so early! Quote

Barb85 Posted 22 hours ago Report Posted 22 hours ago I don't tend to get them until the last few minutes of my journey. Lot of nervous excitement on the way but the actual nerves/fear only last 2min or so. From rhe turning the corner and seeing the front entrance. But once I'm in, the nerves instantly change to excitement Quote

Only one other person I've ever seen gets me feeling the same way Quote
Mistress Varela Posted 8 hours ago Report Posted 8 hours ago I’m so glad I get to torture you again. Seeing you means instant domme space xoxo Quote

Ford Ranger Posted 5 hours ago Report Posted 5 hours ago I used to get them, but now my pre-session feels more like preparing an offering for a temple. Ritual cleaning, quiet travel, arriving on time, deep breaths, carefully removing clothes, kneeling and entering a sub space. More meditative than anxiety now. I sort of miss the giddy anticipation, but overall I think I appreciate this stage even more. Quote
Tyro Tim Posted 4 hours ago Report Posted 4 hours ago Anticipation is part of the experience. Sorta like the period running up to vacation. (using “vacation” in a really stretched way in this metaphor) Quote

It like “welp…there’s no backing out now”. Then I focus on the preparation in the days ahead. Stay limber, keep hydrated, eat healthy, always moisturize, etc. Quote
