A few times. Never able to fully have myself secured for a set time (key in ice, timed lock etc)

I frequently do this and try and think if ways to include predicament bondage along with it. Though I can always escape that is solely due to finger availability. Perhaps multiple Chinese finger traps can solve that problem. 
 

Now Im thinking self bondage would be a great way to start a session, with the Dom putting on the finishing inescapable touches.
