Those generally have no deeper commitment and are done just for the sake of participation. I would note, that Thanksgiving has not yet arrived and we already see Christmas advertisements. The thought of New Year's resolutions is premature just now anyway. Frankly, I don't know if I'll make it out of this year alive. I'll let you know.
