One hour flies by like it's 15 minutes. But as Dashan says, two hours with one mistress, or one hour with two mistresses may be a nice option, too.
We do not book anything in half-hour increments, so no 90 minute session for you!

I would explore ALL fears with a mistress. That is kind of the point of sessioning to some extent I would think. Of course not exploring all fears at once. Some are so deep and terrifying it takes time to reach them or be ready to explore them. The person experiencing the fear needs to be able to gain something from experiencing the fear as well such as the ability to control it, manage it, or defuse it. Of course, they likely need to lose something first such as giving in to the fear, loss of control, etc... Which is why it can also be some of the most dangerous territory too if not played right.
For example, really the fears on the surface such as clowns or small spaces or whatever else is a result of residual basic primitive reactions projected through specific hyper stimulated cognitive functions (which differ person to person). Thus the real fear is not the particular event in question but rather the brain itself spiraling out of control as the basic primitive chemically initiated reaction, cascading through the regions of the brain begin paralyzing higher reasoning functions thus resulting in a series of irrational behaviors. Left unchecked this can reach a state of panic to pure terror (the unmitigated panic attack).
I have reached the state of "five alarm, world ending, universe bending" panic attack several times. It is always initiated for me through the dream state. I never remember the catalyst or event in the dream. I just wake up in a state of pure terror. It is probably the most scary thing I can say I have experienced ever and it is not directly reproducible.

While there, I visited all of the portrait videos, and in motion, as in real life, you are all so amazing! Dogzilla's tail wags with delight. = ). By the way, in one of M. Zhao's videos, I noticed a cute stuffed animal on her dresser, either a Pokemon character or a reindeer....I knew M. Zhao had an adorable side! = )

Sometimes you only need a few words, or even none at all. I remember being given the silent treatment by my mother when she was upset with me. After three days, I was ready to fling myself onto the ground beneath her feet, but that didn't even work!
When I was younger, I studied a lot of various topics. I spent a lot of time in libraries and bookstores, so naturally I took advantage of all the accessible knowledge lying around.
I once spent a while studying different types of torture and mind control used by militaries all over the world. China has some great torture techniques. Most of them aren't solely focused on physical pain, but also mental anguish. I learned that even a little sound repeated over the span of hours and days could drive someone crazy, or even a drop of water on their forehead. I am very fascinated by these techniques of mind control because it proves that more is less.

I'm here to write about the amazing session I had a few days ago with Mistress Tran and Mistress Zhao.
It was my first experience of this kind and I wasn't sure this would be for me. Even if I enjoyed fantasizing about being psychologically, verbally and phisically abused by beautiful women I didn't really know if i would enjoy doing it for real.
Turns out I did.
As soon as my play became reality I found myself speechless and incredibly aroused by being with 2 super hot abusive mistresses. In my play I was the landlord coming to collect the monthly rental check from my tenants but all I got was a 2 hours incredible sequence of humiliation, insults, laughter, slaps and torment. I progressively became more and more their "landslave".

I agree with Mistress Haru, and I find that while intelligence is key, a balance of emotional and mental intelligence is preferable. Different types of intelligence play different roles in a personality, and if there is a deficit of one, it's like a puzzle with half of its pieces missing.

There isn't one set way to plan out a session, but I can say that anticipation is an effective turn-on.
Some people prefer the excitement of the build-up, the writing out of details in the email, perhaps even shopping for specific clothing or props/devices.
Others are more impulsive and wait until the very last minute to book a session, given that it's still an hour in advance, and ride that hour like a tiny rocking pony.
So it all depends on which suits you best. Try both if you're so inclined!
