  1. Sorry: That was intended for Joelle25 and there is no edit function. Dannyboy
  2. Jayman: The turkeys are out in force this morning. They're annoying and crap all over the place. At least they are not accompanied by humans and they aren't carriers. Dannyboy
  3. Debating whether to start Shogun or watch Blackboard Jungle, Midnight Cowboy or Marathon Man. Passed on Godfather III and the original Little Rascals. Dannyboy
  4. Someone my "family" knew passed away in early February. It was attributed to something else but now there are second thoughts. Another is feeling sick and was told to assume it is positive and self quarantine. It's like being in a trench with cannonballs falling all around you. Which one will land on you!!! Dannyboy
  5. JAG: I have observed that the average American knows very little of her history and current form of government. Watching "The Civil War" ought not to be a history lesson to the viewer but in many cases would be. "Shogun" covers the last few years of the 1500's and the first couple of years of the 1600's in Japan. "Shaka's" story covers a longer span of time from the second half of the 1700's through 1828 when Shaka was assassinated. In general, both stories are the same as Europeans get involved in cultures and intrigue of different lands. Very absorbing. Dannyboy
  6. As I no longer live in a densely populated area in the city my streets are normally quiet. They are quieter now and people are respectful and courteous, some stepping off the curb to maintain the distance. The main streets have less vehicular traffic and the many parking spaces outside of the local stores and businesses are much less full. In supermarkets many wear masks and gloves and keep their distance. Dannyboy
  7. Great sentiment!!! Dannyboy
  8. Refrigerated or room temperature? Dannyboy
  9. As long as he didn't use his dick to spread the mayo on a sandwich. Dannyboy
  10. I finished watching the Ken Burns series "The Civil War" and moved on to "Shaka Zulu." After that I may watch "Shogun" once again. Of course, when nobody's home I revert to porn. Dannyboy
  11. I've been hoping to masturbate but the stores are all out of lube. Nobody listens to the President when he tells us to stop hoarding. Food? I understand. Lube? Well I guess the early wanker gets the lube? Dannyboy
  12. I lie to "vanilla" women when I go to see "kinky" women. Wait....you said "not supposed to".....Oh!. Can't think of anything. Dannyboy
  13. Dear Ms. Kang: It's been years but I did know the person who's finger poked the Pillsbury Doughboy. I'm sure there were others who did that job over time but I am fairly certain that not one of them was a proctologist. Dannyboy
  14. kevy..... I wrote a response weeks ago and by the time I was ready to submit it I lost it for reasons unknown. So just to paraphrase...... The methods of contacting Mistresses then were either through magazines or publications like Screw. No world-wide web. Dungeons were few and far between. Some Mistresses sessioned in their own rooms or apartments. Others worked in houses of prostitution and did S & M as a specialty. Sexual contact of one kind or another was frequently available and expected. It was after Guiliani became Mayor and decided to clean up Times Square and the city that S & M providers, acting out of self-preservation, began to distinguish their services as different from prostitution and eliminated many activities formerly common. Also in the earlier days there were no real standards in the practice of S & M. Some subs would have horrible experiences from some Mistresses and would exit the scene because of them. There evolved some consistency in the S & M industry and the concept of Safe, Sane and Consensual was commonly adopted. The creation of the Fortress brought to fruition a higher level concept in S & M. It was Jessy's dream when I first met her and her greatness is forever etched in the annals of the scene. As to anxiety, we all have it. Some more, some less. We never know if our fantasies will be matched by reality. Most of us take that step anyway. Dannyboy
  15. Dear Ms. Ang: The world has changed a few times over since I was a beginner. The world of professional domination has changed along with myriad relevant factors and components of that scene so that my beginning so many years ago has little or nothing in common with another's beginning today. I often give advice to beginners on these Forums but that advice is based on today's norms. If I had it all to do over again I would have wanted to focus on becoming so wealthy that whatever I wanted would seek me instead of the other way around. No matter, I have memories that could fill a small encyclopedia and even if I couldn't change a thing I would rather be me than anyone else. Dannyboy
  16. alex: Every Fortress trained Mistress can work understandingly with a first-timer. Tips? Communication is key. Express yourself honestly. Understand that fantasy and reality are two different things. You may dislike what you thought you would like. You may discover new interests as you go along. Trust the Mistress; keep an open mind. Dannyboy
  17. I am an "assman" but if the Mistress has captured my soul that becomes less important. Dannyboy
  18. Ray: I had to deal with that circumstance in the waning days of the summer and got to my doctor before it could get that far just before Christmas day. You have to give your body priority at this stage. Of course I hope you can get back to "session ready" condition but until you do make sure you take care of your health. Dannyboy
  19. It didn't happen in a dungeon. The day that I spent time talking to #Marleysings while my young lady stood by feeling ignored she decided to retaliate by breaking my foot in 2 places. Of course she has a different version of my "accident" and denies being jealous. It would have been worse for me if we went into the dungeon and had the Mistress place me in bondage. Dannyboy
  20. littlejohn: Fascinating that you would refer to yourself as and old-timer. We are a vanishing breed. You seem to show up a few times a year on these Forums. I took the liberty of reading through your posts to see that your connection with the Headmistress goes back to the time of Nikki Park (I assume pre-Fortress.) I wonder how many of us who sessioned with the Headmistress pre-Fortress are still either sessioning or currently on these Forums? In any case I wish you a belated Happy New Year and wish you (and the remaining old-timers) many more. Dannyboy

  22. Dear Ms. Ang: Perhaps 3 years ago a doctor asked me for my New Year's resolutions. I told her that I don't make resolutions that way because almost all such resolutions are insincere, unattainable and made only because everyone else makes them at that moment. She replied that she "had a perfect patient who needs no improvement in any aspect of his life." The gloves came off and I told her that we all need improvement and should strive towards that end each day of the year, not just one day of the year. Anyway she never asked again. So I would resolve to become Captain Pike coming back to planet Talos IV where my mind would make every fantasy a reality. What else would I need? Immortality? Suppose I could sell my soul to the Devil but I'm afraid he would tell me that he already has it. It's hard to keep resolutions and not much fun. Dannyboy
  23. No pressure on you. Enjoy the session. Lots of people do 1 hour sessions. Please post a review. Dannyboy
