We would have to make your skin and your sense of touch more sensitive in general. That can be achieved by lowering your body temperature (basically turning up the AC) which can cause chills and make your skin more sensitive to heat (our body heat from our fingers). I use to be a make up artist and loved doing make up on male faces. It was fun to do the extreme looks but I preferred to make them as naturally beautiful as a real women. I was taking a tour and part of it was to see how rice noodles were made. This was a very small family who produced them but they produced huge quantities which was surprising. Anyways, fresh rice noodles can be tied together and made into a very stingy and effective cat o nine whip! Unfortunately, it will dry out eventually and no longer work but it was fun playing around while I could. Not the best picture but hopefully you can see me swing it.
