I’d recommend 2 hours. One is too short unless you have a discrete scene you want to explore, and 3 hours for a first time could be overwhelming. As for asking for a specific scene, I personally like to leave it to the mistress, but my experience is that until you’ve had several sessions with a mistress and developed a rapport, that’s difficult for them to do because they’re really guessing. I’d recommend sharing several ideas and let them pick. You get a little bit of a surprise and they can pick the scenario they’re most comfortable with. One slaves/subs opinion.

Submitting to a domme evokes a number a number of sensations such as pain, humiliation and anxiety, all of which seem fairly easy to achieve. Genuine fear, however, seems a more complicated task. I like to know at the very start of a session. One visit at a different dungeon, there as a note on the exterior door for me to turn my back to the door and close my eyes. I did as I was told and waited obediently. Moments later a plastic bag was thrown over head, I was grabbed by my collar and thrown against a wall. While I gasped for air my hands were tied behind my back. My pants were undone and pulled down to my ankles, my shirt was literally torn off me. I was then thrown to the ground and the plastic bag was removed. It couldn’t have taken more than 2 or 3 minutes, and the tone was set for the rest of the session: I was stunned and utterly helpless as to what was going to be done to me, and I knew given the violence of how things started it was going to be bad.

It always seems a bit off kilter to me. One second someone is beating you with a cane and spitting on you and the next they’re asking you what your dinner plans our. I’m there to be dehumanized snd that’s how I want to feel when I leave. I prefer either to be dragged out the door by my hair with a kick in the ass or just simply abandoned at the of a session to let myself out. It keeps me in my subspace longer. One subs opinion.
