Mistress Feng, I am glad you are getting some healthy workouts in too. I am happy to report that I have been doing a healthy amount walking. My Fitbit recorded close to 20 miles of walking last week. I am noticing modest gains strength across all muscle groups. I got in a good full body workout today. Some exercises like calf raises don't require much weight to feel a burn. I hope that I can show up strong and healthy, and bring a fun a session for you'll. I still cannot do 10 sets of 10 push-ups without the last few sets on my knees, but I am working toward that goal of 10X10 without dropping my knees. Cheers, Kit Cat

The three day sentence might be more like a vacation. Of course, I would hope that you would get to shower every day, and eat. I hope that you would get bathroom privileges too. I would suggest being well-rested. Get a good night sleep the night before the day of the session. They will go over the safe words with you.
