I miss boxing terribly! I haven't been training the gym lately. It would be so satisfying to have an enthusiastic sub to take a few punches and let me practice my form and skills on their body. I'd consider that a true service sub!

Reminds me again of a female amateur boxer who was a co-worker. I boxed when I was in the Navy but I never offered to spar with her. We ran in a 5k race and a 5 mile race and she beat me both times. I was more than 20 years her senior though.
