I wouldn’t sneak a peak. That would require I get up and move when I should/would be kneeling in wait for my mistress to come. The suspense is the ecstasy.

Easy - within the first minute. It's an open bag (implied), so it's not like you're uncovering a closed box and violating space. An open bag is fair game for an innocent peek over the top. 

Also, maybe it was left for you to see! A test of your curiosity. Maybe you don't know your not being watched - don't you want to give the domme the satisfaction of observing your reaction? Play along.

Once was told to stand perfectly still and not move while my then Domme left the room. I heard her leave and the door close. I remained in place. Of course she hadn't really left, was testing me to see if really followed orders or just when she was watching

    Yes Mistress..  and getting chills just thinking about the anticipation.. 

  Rather than a box how about a movable partition with 3 glory holes cut into it. 

  The partition can be secured to the existing pipe rack in the steel room. 

  The sub puts his C & B's in the hole of his choice and his thighs, hips and chest are strapped tight to the partition using pre-attached leather belts. 

    ** Just not sure if there's enough room for a Mistress to sit behind the rack to administer his prize.

Hmm, that scenario is rife with possibilities! As the prosecutor, I would lay out my case with logic and fervor. As the witness, I'd support the prosecution. As the defendant, I'd make a grandstanding emotional appeal to the jury...but somehow, I don't think that would work in this courthouse. 

And the judge...she's looking at me with a steely gaze (and wearing black nylon and leather). There's also a sly smirk on her face, like she's going to enjoy handing down her verdict. And punishment. Uh-oh. 😳

Would throwing myself on her mercy work? Can I talk my way out of this somehow...?

Ah, but it is temptation! Curiosity may have killed the cat...but it had 8 more lives left to indulge and enjoy. Exploring and embracing mystery is one of the joys of life.

Yes, and that's part of the intrigue. Even if you know it's a trap, the forbidden fruit is exciting. The trap was placed there to entice...why not indulge and reward the efforts of the trapper? My play-style (as a Switch) is on the bratty side so pushing boundaries is part of the game. Provoking, getting caught, and facing the (fun) consequences is the best part.
