I liked Breaking Bad (Except the last episode with the M60 machine gun. That was stupid.) but I like Better Call Saul better.

WIND RIVER: HELL OR HIGH

If you haven't seen it check out Wind River. It's written and directed by Taylor Sheridan. He's my favorite screen writer at the moment. He also wrote Hell or High Water. Thats available on Netflix now I think.

I liked this movie a lot! Charlie Kaufman is a great screenwriter and this was his Directorial debut. My favorite of his though is Adaptation with Being John Malkovich coming in a close second.

I started watching The Expanse on Amazon not expecting to like it (I hate Star Wars - Especially the new movies) but I am hooked! The story and characters are awesome! I want to read the books now.

"Once Upon a Time In Hollywood" is one of my favorite movies from last year! I took my girlfriend/lover to see it. Then we went to an Italian restaurant in Queens and had desert first, then dinner! Pistachio cream brûlée! It was awesome! And fun! Hope everyone is having a safe weekend.

Hi Mistress Von Dietz! Below is the trailer for The Elephant in The Living room. The one thing the trailer doesn't show enough is the snakes. FUCK SNAKES! There is a scene where a 15ft Burmese Python gets out of its owners cage and winds up the the house of an elderly paraplegic woman. That is scary. And just a warning, there is one really hard to watch scene involving the lion. It's heartbreaking. I also hope your are well, MVD and that you are safe. Here is the trailer.

1917 is the best film I've seen in a very long time. I wish I saw it in the theater. Everything is intense. I have to admit that I'm a little biased based on my military history as a combat infantryman. War was the most insane experience that I've ever had to go through in my entire life. What we are all experiencing now is a close second but completely different. From a technical standpoint the film is amazing. Everything is almost perfect. The cinematography is mind blowing and it's so well written. I love the score! It's subtle and the piano and strings build up and become overwhelming at points. Films this good are becoming the reason I started to hate superhero movies. I hope everyone is safe, Best, Jayman

Hi The Spermwhale, Robert Shaw drank like crazy. There is an excellent book called The Jaws Log about the making of Jaws by Carl Gottlieb. He was living in a house wit Spielberg during the filming of the movie and kept a journal. They would find Robert Shaw passed out in bushes cause he would fall over into them on his way home. He would get that shitfaced. One interesting fact is that Spielberg wrote his own version of the movie to see if he could do it. The studio didn't use his script but it was a learning process for him. Hope this finds you safe, Jayman

Hi Dannyboy, I'm sorry to hear that. I just watched an interview with Dr. Fauci and he was mentioning the exact thing you just stated about deaths attributed to something completely different but could have been from the Coronavirus. Jayman

I binge watched Season 3 of Ozark. It was petty good. The last scene of the final episode came out of nowhere, a total "Oh shit!" moment.

The youngest fatality in France was a 16 year old girl and the only symptom she has was a cough. Doctors are still trying to figure out this virus. Everyone take care of yourselves.

I'm in queens and haven't left my place since last Friday. There is a family living on my floor that seam to be doing ok but my next door neighbor seams like he is really sick. And he has no regard fro anyone else. It's infuriating. My job is in health and safety and this guy does the exact opposite of what I teach people.

I like Derry Girls on Netflix. I also love to watch The Critical Drinker. He's a Scottish novelist that breaks down movies and stories. He's really funny. Here is his review of Terminator: Dark Fate. He rips this movie apart.

HI LBB, I work in Environmental Health and Safety so I've been pretty busy, though I'm working from home. I've been trying to work out as much as I can. My girlfriend and I Skype and work out together (Were both fitness nuts). I'm teaching her how to do pull ups, push ups and weight training and she is teaching me Yoga (Which I suck at). She teaches Yoga and pilates part time. Other than that, reading and trying to stay current with whats going on. I need to also finish Derry Girls on Netflix. That show is hysterical! Best, Jayman
