Howard, I'm not going to attempt a 4 hour session but I do plan on 4 or 5 hours of session time in total. If you have a long list of things you would like to try then 2 hours will be great. If you have a short list then you can get away with 1 hour. Of course sometimes there are things you don't know you want to try until they are done to you. Sometimes it can take a while to get into a session if you're new to BDSM or it is a Mistress you have simply not sessioned with before.
