  1. I've watched a few eps. of Masters of Horror, but never saw Imprint. I was actually at Book Off in NYC today and saw that they had a new (sealed) DVD of it for $4.99 and picked it up.
  2. Louis C.K. was questioned about "the rumors" surrounding him for some time before the news story broke. He used to say something along the lines of "not giving the rumors life" when he refused to talk about it when questioned. He admitted to it because he was cornered, not due to his own choosing.
  3. Jennifer Aniston did a kinky photoshoot w/ actor Paul Rudd for GQ a few years ago: https://media.gq.com/photos/5582d1afe52bc4b477a9f255/master/w_800/women-2012-03-jennifer-aniston-paul-rudd-aniston-rudd-03.jpg https://i.pinimg.com/originals/f2/ca/ec/f2caec4ffb0f2d05deaa3fb29d3f9ad8.jpg http://cdn04.cdn.justjared.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/aniston-gq/jennifer-aniston-paul-rudd-gq-03.jpg https://media.gq.com/photos/5582d1b61177d66d68d5a513/master/w_704,h_964,c_limit/women-2012-03-jennifer-aniston-paul-rudd-aniston-rudd-outtake-07.jpg
  4. I put Clinton on there because he's been making the news recently. The others (Cosby, Jackson, Tyson) weren't part of these current events.
  5. I'm not a fan of turkey either, but I love the cold cut. Actually I don't quite care for the traditional Thanksgiving meal: Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, yam
  6. Within the past few weeks, after the Harvey Weinstein piece, there have been names thrown out left and right of various Hollywood producers/actors/politicians accused of sexual misconduct over various decades. Kevin Spacey Louis C.K. Sylvester Stallone Ed Westwick Sen. Al Franken Charlie Sheen Tom Sizemore Andy Dick Dustin Hoffman Jeremy Piven Brett Ratner Steven Seagal Jeffrey Tambor George Takei Matt Weiner Bill Clinton ... and this isn't everybody. Even some adult stars have been accused like Ron Jeremy and James Deen from a few months back. Some of the names aren't too surprising (Andy Dick, Charlie Sheen) whereas others were a shock to me; esp. Kevin Spacey, Louis C.K., and Jeffrey Tambor as I am a huge fan of their work. I was wondering to see how everyone else feels about this and if can you still enjoy someone's work after being accused of all of this? It's sort of a mixed bag for me because it looks like anybody can accuse anyone of anything and have someone's career and reputation tank after no proof in court of law. But I also look at it from the accuser's POV too and think why they would want to falsely accuse someone who's, arguably, more powerful than they are.
  7. A funny scene I remember was Lucy Lawless in the comedy Euro Trip
  8. Mistress Jin, I heard that the 50 Shades series was inspired by her Twilight fan-fiction.
  9. Mistress Kang, yes it felt free, but I don't share it with everyone. I have friends who are more open than others so I am free to be more of myself around them than with other people. The ones who aren't as open I keep it very minimal or don't bring it up at all. I'm not talking about Kevin Carpet, but I know of him and have met him a few times. The shoe guy was cool about it, just an older Italian man who I guess doesn't get many people asking for male knee-highs. I happened to be there when I need new shoes and just asked him on a whim.
  10. Even though I haven't read the books nor seen the films, 50 Shades of Grey has brought BDSM more into the mainstream within the last few years. I have read many reviews of the books/movies from both the kinksters and non-fetish that say that their main gripe w/ the author, E.L. James, is that she has stated that she is not into BDSM; that her work consists of erotic fantasies that don't represent the BDSM lifestyle accurately and healthy. I visited Paddles one night around the time 50 Shades of Grey (1st film) had arrived in theaters and I asked Mike the owner if he had seen a rise in visitors to the club since the books/movie became popular. He told me that he had seen more of the college-aged crowd come to the club since 50 Shades came out and that a lot of them "got scared" when they saw "the action" in person. It wasn't fantasy anymore and they really didn't know what it was all about.
  11. Mistress Jin, I've never heard of that one. I looked into it and it looks rare, does it have a U.S. release?
  12. I don't think I've ever lied about it, but most of the vanilla friends I've told about my BDSM/fetish interests usually have the same reaction. At first they might be a little concerned or disgusted (I don't think this is normal. Is it safe what you're doing?), then they get more curious and ask me a million questions, and then they show an interest and want to check it out for themselves. I've brought some friends of mine to Paddles to "introduce" them to it, and they told me they had a lot of conflicting emotions (Should I be liking this?). Some other times, I would bring up BDSM to people I casually know (local waitress, bartender) and they would tell me that they are into it themselves. One guy I knew who worked at a pool (billiards) place told me that he was a "human carpet" at parties. I think the closest thing I did that came to lying was when I was looking for knee-high boots for men and I went and asked my regular shoe guy for them. He chuckled and asked, "Are you going fishing?" and I said I needed it for "a concert" and was looking for Billy Idol-like boots. He told me we don't sell that here and to try "The Village".
  13. I guess I can also add books that include some BDSM elements. These 2 were blind buys that contained some BDSM I wasn't aware of. The Magician's Tale (1997) A young male prostitute is found brutally murdered and a photographer decides to look into it herself after the police seem not to care about it. Her investigation leads her to the underground sex culture of San Francisco. Eeny Meeny (2014) A female detective is investigating a bizarre serial murderer who kidnaps 2 people, places a gun in the middle of the room w/ 1 bullet, and informs them that one has to die in order for the other to go free. (similar to SAW) She frequently sees a male Dominant as a form of self-punishment for something that happened in her childhood.
  14. I hope that you enjoy it, Mistress Rey. I got lucky and found Tokyo Decadence (VHS!) at Salvation Army for $0.25 some years ago.
  15. I didn't realize it at first, his character "frequently" sees a dominatrix because she's his wife.
  16. Mistress Katz, was it recommended to you strictly for its BDSM content or just the show itself? Just wondering..
  17. Religious role-play can be fun. I'm imagining a scene of being made to kneel and hold heavy bibles with my arms stretched out in a cross shape (+), while being smacked w/ wooden rulers. If I complain too much, my mouth gets a wet bar of Ivory inside.
  18. I figured to update the forum on my health. I had a recent physical and blood/urine results were looked at. Everything came out good. My liver counts are still higher than what they should be, but they have been gradually decreasing since my surgery. I'm thinking my fainting spell may have been too much, too fast after not "playing" for some time.
  19. I had no idea the show featured BDSM when I started watching it... Paul Giamatti's character on Showtime's "Billions" frequently sees a dominatrix. The show opens w/ him hogtied and ball-gagged.
  20. It wasn't an easy decision for me to continue after the little incident. Health comes first and I have to also be at my best for scene activity. The moment I felt dizzy again or if something just didn't feel right, I would have stopped. I don't fall for many women, but I fell for Mistress Shankar that evening.
  21. Mistress Katz, I'm glad that you recognize where that avatar is from. I'm a huge industrial fan. I was actually accused of displaying Nazi symbols w/ that picture on another forum (not recently, this was a while ago) and I couldn't believe it. I replied calling the Mod a dumbass and got banned for it. No loss for me. Elders React did a video on Rammstein recently. I lol'd:
  22. I'm a huge Rammstein fan and I wish I had listened to Till Lindemann's solo album sooner. Features great songs that fetishistis will appreciate. God, I love Till. Golden Shower (self-explanatory) Fat (for BBW lovers) Ladyboy (she-males) He made two videos for this album: Praise Abort Fish On
  23. Mistress Shankar, thank you again for everything and I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed yourself, too. I've been tickled by many Dommes and your tickling was one of the worst for me (by that I mean pure torture).
