I’m thinking that I need to refer you to my personal trainer, Helena, for a follow up session-(You mentioned that you only run one day a week!) I've reported to her that my forced femme fantasies have become unmanageably intense during the long quarantine. I am seeking professional help to make them "go away." To have a beautiful doctor poke and probe you seems like a real turn on. Part of my fantasy involves their discovering a problem that needs to be addressed with various tools.
