I like terms like slave, pet dog, footstool, doormat, carpet, and toilet. I agree, these terms are preferable when offered in a playful or calm matter-of-fact manner. BTW, I believe this is my 1000th post. There is no way I will catch Dannyboy or one or two others. But it is hard to believe I have contributed 1000 times nevertheless.

For many years after I left graduate school, I would dream of being back in university and forgetting what courses I had enrolled in. It was final exam time and I was totally unprepared for the exams, and did not even know where and when the exams were being held. Of course my situation was hopeless and extremely stressful. I am sure this revealed some actual deep-seated insecurities on my part but not sure which ones. Thankfully I no longer have those dreams.

I apologize if I missed some announcement on this but, are sessions back to the way they were before the pandemic? For example, have mask-less sessions resumed? In reading some posts it sounds as if they have. I have been awaiting some announcement on this. and again I am sorry if I missed it if one was made. I have had my two Covid shots but is the Fortress requiring proof of vaccination to determine whether or not masks must be worn in the sessions? Thanks in advance for any guidance and clarification anyone can provide.
