For me it would be being made to pee in my pants in front of one of the ladies, especially if I have to do it in front of one of my crushes (Mistress Feng and Mistress Koi), or they make me do it in front of one of the other ladies to show her how pathetic I am for her. One would be to have an extended session where the highlights amongst all the different aspects of play would be tease and denial pudhing past the point of ultra-sincere begging to tears.
